Grip socks! They are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, don’t worry — we have grip socks available for purchase at the studio. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We have a filtered water station available, and bottled water is also available for purchase.

If it’s your first class, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early. This allows time to check in, allow your instructor to get you comfortable with the reformer and equipment, and begin class feeling relaxed and prepared. For returning clients, arriving about 5 minutes before class is ideal to settle in and get ready to begin.

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely — leggings, workout pants, and tops are all great options. Grip socks are required for your safety and hygiene. We kindly ask that you avoid clothing with metal parts like zippers or buttons, as these can hurt our equipment!

We require at least 12 hour notice to cancel a class (e.g., if the class is at 7am on Tuesday, you must cancel by 7pm Monday). If you cancel less than 12 hours before class, a $15 late cancellation fee will apply but your class credit will be returned to your account.

Our memberships are designed to keep you consistent and supported in your practice. Each plan has a 3-month minimum commitment, and payments are billed monthly. After your first 3 months, your membership will continue to renew each month until you decide to cancel.
If you’d like to cancel, just let us know before your next billing date. We’ll wrap things up once your 3-month term is complete, and your membership won’t renew further.
Please note that we aren’t able to offer refunds for late cancellations or missed requests.

To protect the flow and focus of the class, we allow a 5-minute grace period after the scheduled start time. Arrivals later than 5 minutes may not be permitted to join, and the class credit will be forfeited.

Our waitlist is filled in order of when clients join — first come, first served. If someone cancels, spots will automatically be released to the next person on the list, up until 2 hours before class.
Once we’re within 2 hours of class time, the waitlist closes and any open spots become available for anyone to book directly. This helps us keep classes full and running smoothly.
If you add yourself to the waitlist, please be prepared to attend in case a spot opens before the 2-hour cutoff. After that point, no additional clients will be moved from the waitlist.
